This fantastic bar/grill was a long time fixture on West 46th St, and a perfectly preserved relic of the Times Square of the 40's and 50's. It closed in January of 2006 because the building had to come down to be replaced with new condos. When I took these photos (and ate there, of course) shortly before they closed, they assured me they planned to re-open with decor and neon intact. Since then, however, some of the neon signs have turned up for sale at antique dealers, so I'm not optimistic about a re-opening. Thanks for the memories.
