Hoboken - like many neighborhoods in New York -is rapidly loosing its industrial urban feel to high priced residential developments. One afternoon I discovered this half-demoloshed factory on the north end of town. I don't know why they left a corner of the building standing, but I couldn't pass on this kodak moment.
