Mosaics from the 1964 Fair were made to commemorate its memorable attractions. Sometime within the last two years, several of the mosaics were damaged. The repair job consisted of slapping concrete on them to fill in the gaps. Sadly, this work of art is now in the same sorry condition as the landmark it depicts.
